If you wish to cancel your appointment please do this at the earliest opportunity so that the space can be offered to another family in need.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a £50 cancellation fee.

On the rare occasion where I need to cancel your appointment you will be offered an alternative appointment or a full refund.
